Problem Note 36989: User-defined formats are removed when the SAS® Web Report Studio query is modified to show detail data

When a SAS Web Report Studio query is modified is to show detail data instead of aggregated data, user-defined formatting is replaced by the default format.
As a workaround, you can perform these steps for each data item that has a user-defined format:
- Log into SAS® Information Map Studio and open the report's information map.
- Temporarily change the data item from a category to a measure.
- Select MIN as the aggregation type.
- Change the data item back to a category.
- Make sure that the user-defined format is still applied.
- Save the information map.
Any user-defined formats should now be correctly applied even when the report displays detail data.
